Job Description

General Description

* Greet customers in a courteous manner on every call and office atmosphere.

* Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

* Dispatch customer calls with accurate information given by customer

* Requires clear and professional communication in writing, in person, and on the telephone.

* Create positive customer relationships by managing and resolving customer complaints

* Ability to multi-task projects and job duties through prioritization and organization

* Keeping accurate and detailed records of all interactions for tracking and follow-up.

* Understanding when to pass a customer's issue to a supervisor for a solution.

* Become knowledgeable about the company's products, services, and policies to answer

Customer inquiries effectively.

* Process customer requests and inquiries to include account maintenance, billing questions and payment handling, establishing an initial point of contact.

* Print dispatches to appropriate offices

* Perform clerical duties as required by photocopying, scanning, fax, emailing or mailing.

* Learn all functions and duties of the front counter Customer Service Representative to fill in as a backup upon request or as needed.

* All other duties as assigned

Skills/Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

* Bilingual preferred but not required

* Strong communication skills with supervisors, peers, and customers

* Proficiency in 10-key, typing and data entry

* Time management skills, dependable, accurate and detail oriented

* Problem solving skills

* Self-motivated, to work independently and as a team
